Cancellations Policy
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours notice per room.
Please note: In the unlikely event that the specific facility booked becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Broomfield House reserves the right to cancel the booking offering a full refund of all monies paid and incurring no penalty or redress
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your arrival, we must advise you that full charges for the room will be incurred.
Non-Arrivals
Guests with confirmed reservations who do not take up their reservations will be considered as non-arrivals and will therefore be liable for the full cost of the reservation.
Group Bookings
If you book more than 3 or more rooms your reservation will be classed as a group booking. A group booking will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the point of booking before the booking is classed as confirmed.
Our Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings is 28 days notice. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone your booking more than 28 days ahead of your arrival date no further charges will apply. If cancelled less than 28 days notice the full amount of the reservation will be payable on the presentation of an invoice by Broomfield. We will do our best to re-let cancelled accommodation and if we do so successfully we will issue a refund for each room we re-let less an administration fee of £25.
If you move or postpone your group booking 28 days prior to the original arrival date your deposit will be transferred to the new reservation. In all other circumstances and with less than 28 days notice the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Insurance
We advise that you take out insurance cover to avoid cancellation charges.
Deposit Charges
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking before the room can be Confirmed.
All reservations must provide a valid Credit Card number, Expiry date and Security Code and no reservation will be accepted as confirmed if your provided card is declined or refused. In this instance we will e-mail you to inform you that your booking has been cancelled.
Credit Cards
We accept: Master Card, Visa, Delta, American Express
Check in – is available between 2:30pm and 9pm – please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 9pm. An earlier check-in is sometimes available by prior arrangement if you would like to drop off your cases. However, we cannot guarantee this and strongly recommend that if you are attending a Wedding or Event in the area you arrive ready for the occasion as our facilities will not be available before 2:30pm on the day of arrival.
Check out - We respectfully ask you to vacate your room by 11:00am on the day of your departure. A late check-out is sometimes available at an additional charge.
Early Departures - If you wish to leave the house before 7.15am please ensure that you inform a member of staff.
Children – Broomfield is an adults only venue
Pets - Dogs are not allowed in the house.
Car Parking - Is available to the front of the house and on the gravel area at the side.

East Wing Terms & Conditions
Our Cancellation policy is 48 hours notice on a 2+ day booking, if not cancelled the first nights rate will become payable.
7 day bookings require a 42 day cancellation notice unless booked within the 42 days.
If a booking is cancelled less than 42 days before arrival then a charge of the full booking amount becomes payable unless we can re-book the property.
If a booking is cancelled 42 days or more before time of arrival then no charge will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

East Wing- A deposit of 50% of a 7 day stay is required at the time of booking. Full balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.
If a 7 day stay is made within the 42 day period then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
